In comparison to the DA 13, the DA 14 offers an improved case design. The DA 14 case is completely sealed and complies
with the IP-67 standard (waterproof down to 1 meter and dust tight). Yet it is only a little bit thicker than the DA 13.
The usage of a carbon fiber reinforced plastic material makes the case more robust. Furthermore the case offers EMI/RFI
shielding.
Internally (PCB, motor, gear set) the DA 13 and the DA 14 series are equivalent, like the DA 13 the DA 14 is also available
with position feedback. We offer two case versions, A and B, to meet a large variety of mounting schemes. Version A is meant
to be directly screwed in place, Version B is meant to be fixed with rubber grommets. Optionally, we offer a MIL specified
electrical connector.
Analog to the DA 13 series, we offer a speed version DA 14-05-32 as well as a power version DA 14-05-60:
DA 14-05-32
|

|
The DA 14-05-32 is the equivalent counterpart to our DA 13-05-32 high speed
actuator with a no load speed of > 600°/sec. Meant to be used in applications where fastest response
(no load speed > 600°/sec!) is crucial like in unstable airframes such as
ducted fan projects (MUAVs)
etc.

DA 14-05-60
|

|
The DA 14-05-60 is the equivalent counterpart to our DA 13-05-60 actuator with
a stall torque of 60 Ncm/80 0z.in. Power version to be used where space is extremely limited and weight is of
highest concern.
