The DA 20-T was designed to be directly coupled to the throttle valve shaft as a Fly-By-Wire actuator.
Due to high integration and state-of-the-art technology the DA 20-T becomes an integrated part of the engine, making common
pushrods/bowden wires dispensable, reducing installation time, installation space and overall weight.
The DA 20-T is fully programmable. We have developed a special programming tool ( # 986 ) for our throttle actuator. The PC configuration tool allows the customer to teach-in "Idle" and "Full Throttle" positions. Specified position feedback signal values will automatically be related to both positions: For example "Idle" could be programmed at 1,000 µs with a "Full
Throttle" at 2,000 µs – the automatically set signal values will in that case be 0V DC at "Idle" and 4.9V DC at "Full Throttle". The ECU can use these values to control the engine.
Other advantages are:
